WorkSafe has exempted Netherby Grounds Ltd (Get Wet Waikato) from compliance with regulations 15.13, 15.16 and 15.17 of the Health and Safety at Work (Hazardous Substances) Regulations 2017.
An exemption has been granted by WorkSafe in accordance with section 220 of the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015 to Netherby Grounds Ltd to allow two cylinders with the serial numbers (12/0106/149 and 12/0106/147) to be filled and used in New Zealand.
The exemption is made subject to the following conditions:
- This exemption is limited to the two cylinders with the serial numbers 12/0106/149, and 12/0106/147. It is not a type approval for other cylinders of similar or identical design.
- Netherby Grounds Ltd must ensure that the letters LAB7704SP and the station mark are stamped on these two cylinders in accordance with regulation 15.60.
The exemption takes effect on 4 April 2018 and expires on 4 April 2023 unless it is sooner replaced or revoked.
