- you are unhappy about a delay in our response

Make a complaint about WorkSafe
Use a different form to:
- raise a health or safety concern about a business or organisation
- make a complaint about an authorisation holder to help us monitor their compliance
- make a protected disclosure about an organisation you have worked for (known as whistleblowing)
- request an internal review of a reviewable decision
