This is the Health and Safety at Work (Mining Operations and Quarrying Operations - Prescribed Competency Requirements for Certificates of Competence) Safe Work Instrument 2023.

It replaces certificate of competence requirements for the extractives industry which were previously set by a notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
