This is the Health and Safety at Work (Hazardous Substances - Requirements for Specified Fumigants) Amendment Safe Work Instrument 2022.

This amendment safe work instrument specifies additional and modified requirements for ethanedinitrile (EDN), a fumigant for export logs or timber.

It adds a new Schedule that sets out requirements for EDN into the existing Health and Safety at Work (Hazardous Substances – Requirements for Specified Fumigants) Safe Work Instrument 2017.
