Following charges being laid against 13 parties in relation to the Whakaari/White Island eruption a date of 15 December was set down for parties to appear in the Auckland District Court.
The parties involved have requested an adjournment, so that they can review the evidence provided by WorkSafe and receive legal advice.
WorkSafe has been advised by the courts a new hearing date has been set down for 5 March 2021 and there will no longer be a hearing tomorrow.
