In accordance with clause 1(a) of Schedule 2 of the Legislation Act 2019, I, Kane Patena, Interim Chief Executive, WorkSafe New Zealand (WorkSafe), give notice of a proposal to incorporate the standards listed in the public notice below into a proposed safe work instrument for the purposes of Regulation 17.67(5)(j) of the Health and Safety at Work (Hazardous Substances) Regulations 2017.
