WorkSafe is committed to looking after the health and safety of all New Zealanders.

Our work means we interact with a large number of people across a variety of workplaces. Because of this we need to do our best to ensure we don’t facilitate the spread of COVID-19. All WorkSafe staff you interact with in person are vaccinated.

Visiting WorkSafe sites

Presenting a My Vaccine Pass is mandatory for all visitors 12 years, 3 months and over to access WorkSafe sites.

If you can't show a valid My Vaccine Pass or Ministry of Health exemption letter you won’t be allowed to visit in person. Your pass/letter will be checked to verify its authenticity.

WorkSafe’s services remain accessible to all people regardless of vaccination status.

If you aren’t vaccinated but need to visit a WorkSafe site, please notify the person you are interacting with and we can look into if alternative methods such as online meeting or phonecall are suitable.
