The new online form for mining and tunnelling operations and quarry and alluvial mine operations notifications and reporting is now live.
Please use the online form for all future notifications and reporting.
Use this notification form to submit regulatory notifications for mining operations, alluvial mining operations, and quarrying operations that are required by the Health and Safety at Work (Mining Operations and Quarrying Operations) Regulations 2016.
