Drilling contractors of non-production installations and permit operators of production installations or who manage or control well operations must notify us at certain times.

Under the Health and Safety at Work (Petroleum Exploration and Extraction) Regulations 2016, drilling contractors of a non-production  installation, permit operators of a production installation, or permit operators who manage or control well operations, must notify WorkSafe about certain Petroleum Well Operations.
