We publish summaries of notifiable accident investigations completed over the last quarter.

Recent accident summaries

Annual analyses complement the quarterly accident summaries. They examine accident data and trends related to accidents that occurred in that year.  While the focus of the annual analyses are on notifiable accidents, trends in non-notifiable accidents are also examined.
