Chris is a dairy farmer and calf rearer who also has a part time job with Connecterra, a new Artificial Intelligence platform in the NZ market. While studying, Chris formed his own relief milking business, employing other students to milk at various farms around Palmerston North. Upon graduation, he began full-time at the home farm in Pirongi.

He gives some really good advice on how they manage their teams fatigue with some helpful tips and tricks. 

“The biggest health and safety concerns for dairy farmers nowadays is managing the staff’s fatigue – making sure no one’s getting overworked, and everyone’s got their days off.”
