Making a complaint or concern about an authorisation holder

If you have a complaint or concern about a particular authorisation holder, you can raise it with WorkSafe.

WorkSafe is responsible for approving authorisations (via a licence or registration) in the following areas:

 

WorkSafe actively monitors the compliance of these authorisation holders to ensure they are operating within the legal requirements.

PLEASE NOTE

On Monday 4 April 2016, the New Health and Safety at Work Act 2015 (HSWA) came into effect.

HSWA repeals the Health and Safety in Employment Act 1992, with immediate effect.
