Guidance for managing drug and alcohol-related risks in adventure activities

An amendment to the Health and Safety in Employment (Adventure Activities) Regulations 2011 requires adventure activities operators to explicitly manage drug and alcohol-related safety risks in their workplaces. This guidance document helps operators choose the most appropriate approach for their operation. It describes how to develop a policy, how to monitor that policy, and how to respond to staff impairment.
